About the role

• 负责空调压缩机风机水泵等电机驱动控制软件开发基于InfineonSTRenesasNXP等MCU平台进行嵌入式软件设计FOC电机控制算法开发及系统调试参与电机驱动平台化架构建设软件需求分析设计实现测试验证及现场问题解决开展电机驱动相关MATLAB/Simulink建模与仿真支持开利中国RLC新一代VRF热泵Chiller等家用轻商及出口类产品开发该岗位需要与硬件机械系统及开利全球研发团队密切合作共同推动电机驱动技术创新和产品竞争力提升

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr E&E Engrg youll be responsible for:

• 负责压缩机风机水泵驱动控制软件开发与维护
• 开发和优化FOCSVPWM无位置传感器等电机控制算法
• 基于InfineonSTM32Renesas RXNXP等MCU平台进行电机驱动嵌入式软件开发
• 开展Motor Tuning性能优化及故障诊断
• 参与驱动软件平台化及软件架构设计
• 支持实验室测试可靠性验证及现场问题分析
• 与硬件主控软件结构系统及全球团队协同开展技术开发和创新项目
• 熟悉并能使用MATLAB/Simulink进行电机控制模型建立与仿真验证可以优先考虑

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling prioritizing coaching and process execution
Requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
University Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
