We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sr CX Consultant to support daily logistics operations at the customers site. This role will be embedded within the customers office environment and will work directly in the customers operational systems to manage shipment visibility documentation compliance customs clearance coordination and delivery execution. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with customers freight forwarders customs brokers and internal teams.

• Work onsite at the customers office as the primary logistics operations contract.

• Operate and maintain shipment information within the customers systems ensuring data accuracy visibility and compliance.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders through proactive communication and regular engagement.

• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for import operational matters.

• Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates on shipment status exceptions risks and resolution plans.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Facilitate effective communication between customers freight forwarders customs brokers trucking providers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Handle operational escalations professionally and drive issue resolution in a timely manner.

Experience

• 3 years of experience in Import Operations Freight Forwarding Supply Chain or Logistics Management.

• Solid understanding of international shipping documentation and import processes.

• Experience working directly with customer teams in an onsite or dedicated account environment is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with customer-owned logistics or transportation management systems is an advantage.

Preferred

• Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments and related regulatory requirements.

• Hands-on experience preparing authorization documents and declarations for submission to Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) or other government authorities.

• Knowledge of IMO SDS DG declaration requirements and international hazardous cargo regulations.

• DG-certified or related logistics/compliance certifications are highly preferred.
