We are looking for experienced logistics professionals to take ownership of end-to-end operations and complex issue resolution and act as key contributors to service excellence and process improvement.

This role is suitable for candidates with sea/air logistics experience OR strong operational background.

• Independently manage and monitor end-to-end logistics operations

• Handle complex exceptions and ensure timely resolution

• Act as a key contact point to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Ensure service performance meets KPIs and customer expectations

• Contribute to process optimization and operational improvements

• Support junior team members and share best practices

• Strong ownership & accountability drives tasks to completion

• Excellent problem-solving ability can independently resolve complex issues

• Customer-focused mindset proactive in improving experience

• Effective communication & coordination able to influence across teams

• Strong learning & adaptability handles complex processes and systems quickly

• Team collaboration & mentoring mindset

• Ability to perform under pressure & manage multiple priorities

• Bachelors degree preferred

• 5 years of experience in logistics / supply chain / operations

• Experience in sea freight / air freight / 3PL / supply chain is a strong plus

• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

• Experience in process improvement or data analysis is a plus
