YOUR TASKS

• Definition of requirements checking of technologically functional andfinancial feasibility and selection of best solution together with the internalcustomer specialist departments and customer. 与内部客户专业部门和客户一起确定需求检查技术功能和财务可行性选择最佳解决方案
• Perform internal and external service under consideration of economicalqualitatively aspects and regarding deadlines in conclusion with the internalcustomer. 根据与内部客户达成的协议在经济质量和期限方面进行内部和外部服务
• Ensure that the requirements of international machinery and plant engineeringstandards are considered(e.g. safety levels norms CE OSHA). 确保考虑到国际机械和设备工程标准的要求如安全等级规范CEOSHA
• Preparation of specification requirements and draw up of calculation andquotation for production line and equipment. 编制生产线和设备的规范要求和计算报价
• Support preparation ofspecification requirements and draw up of calculation and quotation forproduction line and equipment. Participate the production lines/equipmentdesign review to eliminate the mechanical design risks. 支持生产线设备规格要求的编制和计算报价的起草参与生产线/设备设计评审消除机械设计风险
• Working together with equipment suppliers during design and construction of equipment suppliers as well as cooperation for selection assessmentand development of new suppliers. 在设计和施工阶段与设备供应商合作为设备供应商提供支持并为新供应商的选择评估和开发提供合作
• Arrange the ordering of components for the construction/change of assembly- andtest equipment under consideration of the purchasing regulations and deadlinesas well as the control of the timely delivery. 根据采购规定和截止日期安排组装和测试设备施工/更换所需的部件订购并控制及时交货
• Implementation and ramp-up of new and changed production- and of equipment approval and introduction of improvements togetherwith the involved parties. 新产品和设备的实施和升级与相关方协调设备批准和改进
• Realization of equipment and technology related continuous improvement and realization of new technologies working together with internaland external partners as well as with expert panels and specialist workinggroups. 与设备和技术相关的持续改进行动的实现与内部和外部合作伙伴以及专家小组和专家工作组合
• Advice and support other departments in case of assembly- test problems aswell as for repair issues(TPM). 为其他部门提供装配测试和维修方面的建议和支持TPM
• Provide technology training and knowhow transfer to technician. 向技术人员提供技术培训和技术转让
• Process characterization & optimization studies to determine processcapabilities to meet customer requirements. 工艺特性和优化研究以确定满足客户要求的工艺能力

• Bachelor degree 本科以上学历
• At least 5 years working experience of automation design or improvement 至少5年以上自动化设计或改善工作经验
• English workable 英语可作为工作语言
