About the role

The role is responsible for maintaining the supply chain of assigned materials executing MRP operations and supporting inventory analysis and control to ensure stable material supply. The position works closely with purchasing logistics and production teams to ensure ontime supplier delivery smooth customs clearance of import materials and compliance with company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Existing rules and regulations are to be observed.

• Day to day activities for maintaining the supply chain of responsible materials

所负责材料供应链的日常维护

• Analyze control and optimize inventory

分析控制并优化库存

• Monitor MRP operations and PR release

监控MRP运算和PR的释放

• Maintain SAP master data of responsible materials

维护SAP里所负责的物料数据

• Issue orders to suppliers and follow up orders to make sure the delivery of the suppliers is on time

向供应商发放订单并跟踪订单的执行情况 确保供应商按时交货

• Work closely with Purchasing Engineer to implement strategic purchasing method of responsible materials

与采购工程师密切合作实施所负责物料的战略采购计划

• Solve material problems (such as quantity quality invoices etc.) with relevant departments) supervise the delivery of suppliers to avoid shortage of materials and the delay of projects.

与相关部门解决物料问题如数量质量发票等监督供应商的交付避免造成原材料短缺及项目的拖延

• Check material safety stock and order points

检查物料安全库存和起订点

• To file and keep the documentation related to purchasing activities. Necessary statistics and reports.

存档保管采购活动的记录必要的统计和报表

• Customs clearance of import materials.

进口物料的清关以及相关工作

• Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or Economics or above

物流或供应链或经济学学士学位或以上

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

5 年及以上相关工作经验

• Office software excellent in Excel

办公软件尤其是Excel

• Computer use and text type

电脑的熟练操作和文本编辑

• SAP know-how

熟练掌握SAP

• Fluent English in writing and reading
