主要工作职责

• 设备安装后为最终用户提供操作培训向销售团队反馈每台新培训仪器及配套解决方案的项目开展情况共同跟进项目填充
• 及时完整的解决产品及配套解决方案的技术问题为客户提供更加完善的技术解决方案
• 为销售人员维修工程师和经销商提供技术培训维护并及时更新产品资料
• 配合销售同事并完成相关试剂销售年度目标参与设备售前招标及新项目推广
• 定期拜访客户推广罗氏医学价值完善扩充项目
• 收集并反馈客户需求及最新市场动态信息协助相关团队持续优化升级解决方案
• 协助维修工程师和销售人员安装设备
• 与销售和维修工程师紧密合作以确保客户使用体验完美
• 协助客户进行产品评估工作协助客户解释测试结果
• 协助制定年度计划提交月报
• 总结和汇总自己的工作经验并和其他应用技术支持分享
• 帮助和支持团队中的应用支持掌握产品知识及解决技术问题
• 主管指派的其他任务
• 遵循罗氏所有合规要求包括但不限于罗氏信息安全罗氏商业中的行为罗氏竞争法互动对话罗氏安全健康环境等合法合理开展业务活动

基本任职资格:

• 大学以上学历医学检验专业或相关专业
• 演讲技巧/分析能力/培训技巧/计算机使用能力
• 具有三至五年医院诊断实验室工作经验或相关的工作经验
• 以客户为中心及客户关系管理
• 产品和运用的专业知识
