业务计划管理与执行

分析所负责辖区市场情况明确市场潜力重点客户及对应品牌策略制定相应的业务计划最大程度地开发辖区内的潜在市场并确保业务目标的达成

用合规的方式执行相应的业务计划并对实施进行管理与评估确保辖区内业务活动的执行符合公司政策和流程的要求

及时洞察辖区市场状态并向上级主管反馈竞争状况等市场信息依据市场现状适当调整业务计划并提出反馈建议

执行区域的准入计划确保公司产品在医院渠道的畅通和准入

客户管理与维护

根据品牌策略与公司目标确定辖区内的目标客户并进行分级管理制定相应的客户拜访计划与日常实施

通过高水准的专业拜访和多渠道的学术活动不断提高客户的满意度并建立长久良好的合作关系

项目管理与执行

基于公司的业务目标负责辖区内的学术等活动开展执行并跟进效果

负责推动并执行辖区内关键业务项目如COE搭建及流程完善以符合业务标准及要求

为公司树立良好的专业形象对公司商业秘密做到保密确保在工作中 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度保证自己的行为符合公司的道德原则和合规准则
