Responsible for managing supplier quality and claims after SOP ensuring production continuity and driving problem-solving with cross-functional teams.负责SOP后供应商质量管理和索赔处理确保生产连续性并推动跨部门问题解决
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Manage quality claims with suppliers for BBM purchasing parts after SOP;
1) 负责零件SOP后的投诉处理和供应商质量管理
2) Ensure short-term delivery solutions to maintain production and customer schedules during claim-related disruptions;
2) 制定并执行围堵措施确保质量问题发生时的生产和客户短期交付
3) Drive sustainable problem-solving initiatives using appropriate quality methods and lead quality discussions with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams;
3) 主导供应商及内部各部门的质量讨论使用适当质量工具解决问题
4) Achieve reimbursement of quality-related non-conformity costs caused by supplier deviations;
4) 对供应商导致的质量投诉进行失效索赔
5) Develop and implement effective incoming inspection strategies to ensure consistent quality assurance;
5) 制定零件进货检验的质量管控策略
6) Monitor key quality performance conduct escalations when necessary;

7) Leverage lessons learned to drive preventive measures and push for their implementation in new projects.

Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree or above majored in science or engineering理工科类专业本科以上学历
Work Experience:
More than 3 years experience with quality management or supplier quality in Automotive industry三年以上汽车行业质量管理或者供应商管理的经验
Knowledge/ Skills:
1) Proficient in 1 or more structured problem-solving methodologies; 精通1种或多种问题解决方法
2) Knowledge of quality core tools; 了解质量核心工具
3) Knowledge of technical drawing and GD&T. 工程识图和形位公差知识
