Job Summary
Responsibility:
1. Category/Channel Sales Targets Achievement
Achieve the companys sales targets for designated categories/channels including volume and market share objectives as well as related sales KPIs.
2. Customer Communication and Management
Conduct efficient and accurate daily communication and negotiations with distributor customers to promote collaboration achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
Maintain close engagement with customers proactively identify and understand their requirements deliver effective business solutions.
3. Product Promotion and Marketing Campaigns:
Responsible for the organization and execution of the companys marketing promotion strategies and customer-initiated promotional campaigns ensuring the achievement of campaign objectives.
Responsible for planning and executing sales and in-store activities from a distribution perspective as well as implementing various product promotion activities.
4. Store Operations Management and Core Business District Relationship Development
Manage and coordinate daily store operations to ensure orderly functioning and achieve retail sales targets.
Maintain effective communication with core shopping malls and establish strategic partnerships.
5. Develop & Maintenance Customers For Sustainable Increase:
With Partner together visit & understand the endures demand in in charged region or industry.
Explore new customers in the responsible region or industry including cold call activities for new tasks.
6. Supply Chain Management
Collaborate closely with relevant category departments to ensure normal inventory levels for designated distributor customers and the smooth operation of corresponding supply chain processes.
7. Data Management
Effectively collect and analyze customer market and competitor data and formulate response strategies based on the analysis.
Requirement:
1. With Strong Sales Sprit & Self-Motivated and demonstrate a keen ability to effectively drive deals.
2. Good communication with strong presentation skills and exceptional negotiation skills.
3. Self-motivated and high sense of responsibility. Strong numerical acumen.
4. Strong product learning ability. Qualified team player.
5. Strong stress management skills.
6. Good command of data analysis.
7. Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese.
8. Be able to take biz travel frequently.
