Learn more about us as a workplace are now looking for a Travel Expense Specialist Source to Pay Operations Finance Operations China& APAC. This position is located in Changshu.

What youll do

  • Handle Travel & Expense (T&E) claims in MXP tool including cash and corporate credit card claims and ensure company policies and procedures are well followed

  • Train new employees and conduct ongoing internal training on all the T&E processes and policies

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all travel expense and corporate credit card related questions

  • Identify claim report submission delays for the credit card consumptions and remind users as needed

  • Follow-up and clearing T&E related open items

  • Coordinate with appropriate departments and personnel to revise and update travel policy as needed

  • Participate in small scale development activities in T&E area

  • Other tasks assigned by the superior

Who you are

  • You have college degree or corresponding knowledge in accounting

  • You have preferred work experience 2 - 3 years or more in finance related tasks

  • You arefluent in English both spoken and written

  • You have ability to effectively use the accounting and reporting tool SAP or other tools is preferred

  • You have ability and willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment

  • You have ability to work with high pressure and tight deadline

  • You have self-leadership skills taking initiative and prioritization capabilities

  • You are familiar with Microsoft office tools e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint
