Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across China
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Develop a strong understanding of PSIs business and functional areas to identify and attract the best talent
  • Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to specific roles and target audiences
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards social media professional networks and other relevant channels
  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements including their skills experience motivation and overall fit
  • Organize coordinate and conduct interviews throughout the selection process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies including briefing agencies on requirements and overseeing candidate submissions and recruitment activity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Monitor recruitment activity and provide relevant updates insights and reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment practices identifying and implementing continuous improvements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration English or a related field or an equivalent combination of education training and relevant experience
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment in China
  • Ideally experience sourcing candidates for technical R&D clinical research or other hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing and recruitment methods and techniques
  • Good understanding of general HR practices and local employment requirements
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international colleagues in English
