Job Summary
Main Duties and Responsibilities工作职责:
- 负责相关物料品类管理统筹物料全生命周期采购工作
- 制定符合全球战略的本土采购策略实现最优总拥有成本TCO与商务条款
- 负责统筹管理并推进中国本土化成本降低及新产品导入NPI项目提升成本竞争力确保供应链就绪
- 主导与供应商的降本及其他商务条款谈判满足公司关键业务要求
- 开展供应市场调研配合区域及全球品类经理开发新供应商优化供应体系
- 发展供应商合作伙伴关系推动供应商绩效提升至更高水平
- 支持其他所有与供应商相关的活动及项目如供应商金牌认证ProCert精益生产等
- 上级安排的其他任务
Qualification and Experience 任职要求:
- 教育背景本科及以上学历理工类专业机械电气专业优先
- 工作经验及技能专长
- 10 年以上采购及品类管理工作经验有团队管理经验者优先持有 CPSM 或 CIPS 证书者优先
- 具备出色的品类管理采购策略制定及谈判能力
- 有暖通空调HVAC自动化或汽车行业经验多品种小批量行业经验者优先
- 能够看懂图纸了解质量理念与质量工具
- 英语听说读写流利
- 具备强烈的领导力与主人翁意识思路开放自我驱动积极主动
- 良好的沟通能力及优秀的人际协调能力
- 熟练使用办公软件具备出色的数据分析能力
