Job Summary
1. 销售激励计划运维及系统数据支持
- 协同相关团队负责激励计划日常运营熟悉流程并提出优化建议
- 在月度季度和年度回顾等关键节点提供数据与分析支持
2. 目标制定与动态调整
- 承接全国及总部的月度季度目标拆解逐步参与年度目标拆分
- 根据不同部门变化及时校准业务指标确保目标合理可执行
3. 业务报告和业务支持
- 熟悉理解销售团队业务支持公司月度报告及库存报告等并推动数据报告自动化并提出改进建议
- 输出日常分析报告支持绩效复盘
4. 外部数据整合与专项响应
- 完成Nielsen等外部数据准备与报告
- 具备Nielsen/Kantar数据分析能力
- 独立处理多部门月度报告并快速响应管理层定制化需求
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历市场营销经济管理等相关专业优先;
2. 3年以上快速消费品行业市场/渠道等相关经验;
3. 精通数据分析工具具备优秀的逻辑判断与业务洞察力;
4.主动性强善于跨部门协作
