1. Programming Languages:
   • C (mandatory): Profound and in-depth knowledge of ANSI C.
     • Knowledge should include: pointer arithmetic memory management (static stack heap) bit manipulation handling of... (the sentence was cut off here assuming handling of registers or similar was intended).
   • Assembler (basic knowledge/understanding): Basic understanding of assembler for specific microcontroller architectures (e.g. IFX TriCore ARM Cortex) is advantageous for comprehending hardware-level debugging issues or optimizing resource-critical routines.
   • Python/Perl/Scripting: For automation (build scripts test scripts data analysis tooling).
2. Microcontrollers/Microprocessors:
   • Profound understanding of architecture: Infineon TriCore ARM Cortex
   • Knowledge of peripherals: Timers ADC DAC SPI I2C UART CAN LIN Ethernet GPIOs DMA Watchdogs.
   • Register-level programming: Direct interaction with hardware registers for peripheral configuration and control.
3. Embedded Systems & Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS):
   • Knowledge of RTOS concepts: Task management scheduling (priorities preemptive/cooperative) Inter-Process Communication (IPC) handling deadlocks.
   • Experience with specific RTOS: AUTOSAR OS OSEK/VDX µC/OS.
   • Bare-metal programming: Ability to write and debug code without an RTOS.
4. Automotive-Specific Communication & Protocols:
   • Knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network): CAN-FD Classic CAN.
     • Knowledge: messages arbitration baud rates error handling J1939 (for commercial vehicles).
   • Knowledge of LIN UDS / KWP2000 and OTA technologies (FOTA SOTA)
5. Tools & Development Environment:
   • IDEs/Compilers: Experience with toolchains such as Green Hills MULTI TASKING GCC (GNU Compiler Collection) for Embedded applications.
   • Debuggers: JTAG/SWD debuggers (e.g. Lauterbach TRACE32 UDE).
   • Measurement and Analysis Tools: Oscilloscopes logic analyzers bus analyzers (CANoe/CANalyzer Vehicle Spy).
   • Version Control: ALM SCM and Git (with understanding of branching strategies like Gitflow Trunk-Based Development).
   • Build Systems: Make CMake Compiler linker Script.
6. Quality Reliability & Security and DIagnostics (Automotive-Specific):
   • OBD: Understanding of OBD legislation and technologies (CN7 EU7 and US)
   • ISO 26262 (functional safety): Understanding of the standard knowledge of Safety Goals ASIL (Automotive Safety Integrity Level) decomposition Safety Elements out of Context (SEooC) Safety Mechanisms (Error Detection and Correction Watchdogs etc.).
   • AUTOSAR (Adaptive and Classic Platform): Experience with the AUTOSAR architecture RTE (Runtime Environment) BSW (Basic Software) MCAL (Microcontroller Abstraction Layer) configuration tools.
   • Coding Guidelines: MISRA C CERT C/C.
   • Testing: Unit Testing Integration Testing Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) Testing Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) Testing.
   • Cybersecurity: Basic understanding of Secure Boot Secure Flashing Message Authentication Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
