Software Application Engineer (InFlow)
Seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support for our Frontline software solution ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support for Frontline software including installation configuration version upgrades troubleshooting maintenance and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers ensuring timely responses effective problem resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Document track and escalate complex technical issues and product enhancement requests to R&D and relevant stakeholders when required.
- Collaborate with Sales Product Management Marketing and R&D teams to support customer onboarding business growth product demonstrations and continuous product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions service activities technical issues and resolutions in the support management system.
- Deliver technical presentations customer training and knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and internal teams.
- Support assigned projects independently and provide feedback on customer needs market trends and relevant activities to management.
- Comply with company processes service standards and operational procedures while performing all support activities.
- Frequently travel to different cities to provide on-site technical support and customer service for regional customers as required by business needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors /Masters Level Degree and PCB related work experience of 2-5 years
- At least 2 years MI experience in PCB industry. Familiarity with Frontline InPlan/InFlow or InCAMPro solution is a major plus.
- Proven experience in technical support software troubleshooting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software installation configuration and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Good English proficiency reading writing listening and speaking.
