Key Responsibilities

• Review and standardize all relevant internal processes to ensure compliance accuracy and operational consistency including but not limited to service contract review order booking billing T&M quotation and order management within the team
• Support the implementation and rollout of all new service-related initiatives associated with business operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to review align and optimize end-to-end upstream and downstream processes ensuring seamless integration clear accountability and consistent execution across the entire service business operation chain
• Identify risks and support approval process
• Drive process compliance SOX audit readiness
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization
• Drive adoption of AI tools to cooperate with professional team
• Identify high-value use cases such as contract review billing validation and quotation automation
• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to deploy solutions
• Deliver measurable efficiency improvements
• Support team of daily operation based on the managers plan

Skills & Qualifications / 任职要求

- Strong knowledge of service business processes

- Experience with SAP/D365 preferred

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience in digitalization or automation preferred

- Bachelor or above preferred

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
