We are currently looking for a Service Manager - Gui Hua Louto join our Food & Beverageteam.

As a Service Manager - Gui Hua Lou we rely on you to

• Overall responsible for the administration and operations of the sections appointed in the F&B division. He / she will maximize profits maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitors and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable).
• Lead mentor and train the Restaurant team to deliver excellent experiences to guests.
• Proactively drive Guest Engagement and motivate the team to engage with guests.
• Interact with customers and improve service based on feedback received.
• Handle complaints and make effective service recovery
• Provide support on urgent issues.
• Ensure that staff receives consistent and proper communication.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in high profile and fast-paced F&B outlets
• Positive attitude and proactive with a teamwork mindset
• Guest relations to host International tourist communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Enjoys being challenged and willing to workshifts
• Motivator and self starter
• Displays initiative
• Commitment to professional values
