Job Summary

Main responsibilities of your Job (but not limited to) are:

Site HR Officer (Shenzhen and HK)

  • End to end life cycle management from employee on boarding to exit
  • Act as focal contact window for all site-level HR matters
  • Enhance employee engagement and partner with local managers to take initiatives in improving site climate
  • Work with local Staff Club to organize engagement activities such as Family Day Earth Day Birthday Party and Annual Party etc.
  • Monthly prepare & update the movements of social benefit housing fund and other local government policy update
  • Work closely with Site Manager in office operation and management by collaborating with function teams such as Real Estate IT Finance etc.
  • Support annual audit in HK and Shenzhen from HR perspective
  • For HK site:
    • work closely with payroll team to ensure the correction of payroll data and support payroll to complete the annual Employer Tax Return with HK Tax Bureau
    • Work with Pension Trustee HSBC on Pension-fund management.

HR Operation

  • Support HR Operations in ad hoc tasks such as reporting data analysis payroll etc. and leveraging AI tools for continuous HR efficiency improvement
  • Support in HR Operation projects locally and globally

HR Project

  • Support China Inclusion projects and activities to reinforce inclusion culture in China branches
  • Support ad hoc HR projects initiated both globally and locally

Preferred Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a multi-national company knowledge of HK labor law is a plus
  • Bachelor of Human Resources Business management or related fields.
  • Experience in supporting multiple stakeholders / businesses
  • Self-motivated proactive and engaging with a high level of integrity
  • Highly self-disciplined and able to work independently with remote supervision
  • Strong inter-personal communication and organizational skills proficiency in English
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability
