Job Summary

- You will analyze state-of-art SiC semiconductor or power module technology or products performance in markets and identify next generation technology roadmap and initialize and lead new study or development activities. 您将分析市场上现有竞品的技术以及产品性能识别并推进下一代技术开发方向发起并主导新的技术开发研究
- You will explore various applications for SiC and translate customer KPIs from EV traction inverters OBC/DC-DC AI data-center power (800V DC) PV & storage and industrial drives into device-level specifications. - You understand the function static and dynamic switching characteristics of WBG power semiconductors the measurement technology used and the programming of evaluation scripts. You have experience with Python MATLAB PSpice. 您需理解宽禁带WBG功率半导体的功能静态与动态开关特性掌握相关测量技术及 评估脚本编程熟悉PythonMATLABPSpice等工具
- You will create parasitic modeling of power semiconductor & module and validate with measurement. 您将根据仿真和测量数据创建功率半导体及模块模寄生参数模型
- You will define test method plan setup & coordinate & analyze test results with simulation. 您将定义合适的测试方法调试和协调实验室测试以及解释结果以验证仿真结果.
- You will design reference application circuit for customers e.g. gate drivers and commutation loop. 设计参考应用电路比如门级驱动和功率变换回路
Qualifications :
- Mastery of mainstream topologies (PFC / LLC / DAB / CLLC / three-level / full-bridge inverter);
- Independent system simulation in PLECS / Simulink / PSIM: loss thermal EMC
- Master or above with major in power electronics electrical engineering microelectronics etc.

- Above 3 years working experience in power semiconductor or module power electronics circuit design simulation or tests
三年以上功率电路电力电子模块设计仿真测试工作经验
- Solid knowledge in 2 aspects of power semiconductor device e.g. design manufacturing characterization modeling test reliability & application of SiC MOSFET GaN or IGBT.
熟悉功率器件碳化硅氮化镓MOSFET 或者IGBT的芯片设计制造特征性能建模测试 可靠性和应用至少2个方面
- Direct SiC hands-on experience on production line sample line or foundry is a plus;
碳化硅的直接产线经验或中试验线或芯片代工厂是加分项
- Familiar with automotive inverter or DC/DC topologies;
熟悉汽车级逆变器和直流变化拓扑结构
- Experience user of at least 1 circuit simulation software e.g. TCAD Pspice LTspice & Matlab;
能熟练使用至少一个电路仿真软件Pspice LTspice和Matlab.
- Open-minded & enthusiastic in wide bandgap devices & application.
思维开放技术专研热心第三代半导体及应用
- Hands-on experience with power device characterization is a plus.
功率半导体测试经验是加分项
- Self-motivated & good problem analyzing & solving capability.
自我驱动分析问题和解决问题的能力
- Fluent English language skill both in oral & writing.
英语交流通畅口语和书面
- Willingness to learn teamwork responsibility & accountability.
