the sales targets set by the company and facilitate the smooth operation of daily retail store operations.
out various tasks such as in store product guidance customer reception services pre-sales and after-sales consulting services and ensure good customer satisfaction.
brand culture and ensure that the store environment meets company standards (such as product classification display environmental maintenance etc.).
for basic cleaning work inside and outside the store actively assisting suppliers in cleaning organizing and greening the store environment.
participate in the companys planned and organized vocational training courses to continuously improve work abilities. Strictly abide by sales policies and corporate rules and regulations.
standard operating procedures effectively control retail store expenses and assist in implementing cost management.
the various work tasks assigned by the store manager and senior sales consultants and complete them in a timely manner.
and master various sales policies sales techniques product knowledge and operational responsibilities to ensure independent assumption and operation of retail store work.
to the requirements regularly compile and report store sales data reports.
