• 负责建立执行SHE&S目标和指标通过各项SHE&S活动和不断改善达成SHE&S目标和指标
• 负责组织建立和有效运行SH&E管理体系包括安全标准化体系环境管理体系的建立运行和持续改善严格遵守ISO9001RC14001的各项要求确保工厂及SH&E部门日常相关工作都在1SO9001和IATF16949RC14001的控制之下确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求
• 负责组织建立和有效执行SHE&S管理程序制度满足集团和法律法规要求
• 负责制定工厂SHE&S培训计划为员工和承包商等提供有效SHE&S培训确保SHE&S意识和能力

• 负责建立隐患排查和治理机制对生产维修项目重大危险源等实施安全检查审核制定和推动安全整改计划

• 负责与各级管理层定期沟通SHE&S绩效和风险等确保迅速有效解决SHE&S相关问题严格遵守公司各项SHE&S方针和相关程序规定持续提高自己和团队的安全意识和风险辨识能力

• 负责组织SHE&S相关法律法规整体评审工作确保SHE&S运行合规性

• 负责建立和有效执行工厂应急响应管理系统包含建立预案培训演练和能力评估等

• 负责建立和有效执行事故报告调查分析和预防管理体系定期事故报告数据进行分析提出改善计划

• 实施有效的系统和方式制止和纠正违章指挥强令冒险作业违反操作规程等行为制定纠正和预防措施

• 负责消防安全安保系统安全管理确保消防和安保系统正常工作达到防损的目的

• 负责承包商在安全方面的整体管理工作包括参与承包商审核绩效评估现场检查等

• 负责组织持续改善安全工作许可证系统PTW/JSA确保符合集团标准和国标GB30871要求

• 负责与外部SHE&S相关部门建立良好关系和及时沟通包括应急局消防局环保局和公安局等

• 较强的领导力洞察力和执行力领导SH&E部门达成SH&E目标
• 熟悉国家和当地法律法规较强的SH&E方面专业能力和实践能力
• 较强的计划组织和解决问题的能力能够及时识别SH&E相关风险和采取行动
• 较强的内外部沟通的能力尤其是与当地政府部门沟通
• 较强的写作和沟通能力熟练的英语沟通能力
• 熟练Office办公软件操作能力如ExcelWord和PPT等

• 化工安全工程等相关专业本科及以上学历7年以上化工厂安全管理相关工作经验
• 持有有效国家注册安全工程师资格证和执业证者优先
