The Position

- 协助收集和整理SHE部门的订单信息汇总费用使用情况协助追踪预算进度
- 协助整理部门日常文档报告及体系文件扫描和电子化归档保持部门档案整洁便于检索
- 协助部门会议的会议室预订等行政事务支持协助梳理记录会议纪要
- 协助支持组织SHE相关的员工活动的后勤筹备
- 完成主管交办的其他工作
