工作概述

带领团队服务客户通过对一线销售人员的指导实现财务及非财务指标建立积极向上的团队氛围建立人才梯队

关键岗位职责

• 建立办事处/地区市场策略并针对不同客户类型制定销售策略能够指导一线销售落地执行具体战术
• 带领团队通过频繁有效的拜访建立长期稳定的客户联系基于客户需求及价值销售挖掘所管辖机组的产出机会
• 带领团队实现所管辖办事处/区域的财务指标及非财务指标如订单销售额利润率保养签约率出保签约率服务市场占有率等同时合理管控相关成本积极推动收款
• 培养销售团队的良好日常销售行为通过例会周会销售机会回顾等方式确保客户拜访覆盖率机会发现转化率服务市场占有率等提升
• 和当地的大客户或关键客户保持联系良好的客户关系
• 促进跨部门合作并积极协调内部资源如订单管理运营技术支持为管辖范围内的订单销售额实现提供支持
• 通过人才培养和发展工具打造效率高凝聚力强积极向上团队及落地的人才梯队建立计划

任职资格:

• 本科及以上学历暖通空调或相关工程专业背景
• 10年以上暖通设备服务工作经验熟悉中央空调设备机房系统水系统末端空调系统控制系统的基本构成特点
• 具有扎实的一线服务销售经验熟悉服务客户特点采购周期及流程需求挖掘等
• 至少3年服务销售团队管理经验理解并掌握销售机会漏斗管理方法对数据敏感
• 善于沟通和协调内部资源具有团队协作精神
• 富有耐心愿意学习适应新的管理方式和体系
