We are looking for someone who:

候选人应具备以下能力

To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Telephone/Service Centre e.g. PABX /Call Centre System/Call Accounting Software.
全面掌握总机/服务中心操作系统的专业知识如交换机/呼叫中心系统/计费系统等软件
To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La standard operating policies and procedures for the Service Centre.
全面掌握香格里拉用务中心标准操作政策和程序方面的知识
To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La Program e.g. Shangri-La Circle FFP Guest History.
全面掌握香格里拉会员活动知识例如香格里拉会飞行里程计划 客史记录
Supervises Telephone/Service Centre operation and workflow to maximize guests satisfaction.
管理总机/服务中心营运和工作流程最大限度的使宾客满意
Ensures that the Telephone/Service Centre is always sufficiently staffed.
确保总机/服务中心有充足的人员安排
Supervises and guides Service Associate Telephone/Service Centre to ensure that hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.
管理和引导总机/服务中心员工确保政策和程序的执行
Ensures that proper training of staff is done such that staff has the necessary skill to perform duties with maximum efficiency.
确保给每一位员工进行培训以使员工有能力并有效地在其岗位上工作
Assists the department head in determining the training needs for the section.
协助部门领导决定部门的培训需求
