We are hiring Service Associate - Security.

As a Service Associate - Security we rely on you to:

• Responsible for conducting safety patrols in all areas of the hotel to ensure the personal and property safety of guests and staff.

• Maintain order in key areas such as the hotel lobby and public area.

• Assist in handling emergencies take appropriate measures according to the emergency response plan procedures and report promptly.

• Provide necessary safety guidance and assistance to guests.

• Supervision of all hotel assets to prevent loss or damage of items.

We are looking for someone who

• Able to adapt to shift work schedules (including night shifts).

• Obey management and demonstrate strong sense of responsibility.

• Possess basic safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.

• Strong communication skills and customer service awareness.
