Job Description
1.对于仓库操作现场线上线下文档沟通的实操管理和优化偏差变更等相关内容
execution management and optimization of warehouse operations on site including online and offline activities documentation communication and related deviation and change management.
2.仓库设备验证与合规管理包括不限于仓库设备的性能验证及年度周期验证编制验证计划方案报告跟进验证实施审计的迎检支持闭环整改项
equipment validation and compliance management including but not limited to performance qualification and annual periodic requalification of warehouse equipment; preparing validation plans protocols and reports; following up on validation execution; supporting audit readiness; and closing out corrective actions and findings.
3.仓库数据分析与数据治理基于数据利用技术手段等进行仓库专项数据监控与分析生成并维护可视化面板支持库存控制与决策优化
data analysis and data governance. Based on data use technical methods to conduct specialized warehouse data monitoring and analysis generate and maintain visual dashboards and support inventory control and decision-making optimization.
4.遵守公司规定及SOP包括GMP及EHS相关要求独立掌握并完成日常及紧急情况下的操作理解EHS对该岗位的职责报告不符合EHS规定的事项按时完成EHS行动项
with company regulations and SOPs including GMP and EHS requirements; independently master and complete routine operations as well as emergency procedures. Understand the EHS responsibilities of this role report any EHS non-compliance issues and complete EHS action items on time.
