Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional academic promotion plans to achieve academic engagement and promotion objectives within the assigned territory.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation and enhance the companys academic influence within the region.

Monitor and collect market intelligence including competitor activities product developments customer insights and healthcare reimbursement policy implementation and provide timely market feedback.

Conduct pharmaceutical information communication and academic promotion activities in full compliance with Gileads Code of Ethics Business Conduct Standards and all applicable laws regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical information communication experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Experience in antifungal or oncology products preferred particularly in Hematology ICU or Breast Cancer therapeutic areas.

Strong scientific communication skills cross-functional collaboration abilities and recognition of a professional science-driven promotion model.

Demonstrates strong resilience under pressure with excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelors degree or abovemajor in Medicine Pharmacy Life Sciences Nursing Public Health or related disciplines required.

High integrity strong work ethic innovative mindset and willingness to embrace challenges aligned with Gileads culture and values.

• 负责辖区学术推广计划的制定与实施达成学术推广目标
• 与跨部门沟通和协作推动项目落地在区域内建立学术影响力
• 收集市场动态竞品产品客户医保落地等反馈市场信息
• 遵守吉利德的道德规范商业行为准则及相关法律法规要求合规开展药品信息传递和学术推广活动

职位要求

• 具备2年以上一线跨国药企医药信息沟通相关经验有抗真菌或肿瘤领域经验血液科/ICU/乳腺肿瘤领域经验优先
• 具备优秀的学术能力跨部门合作及沟通能力熟悉并认可专业学术的推广模式
• 具备良好的抗压能力和客户沟通及利益相关方管理能力
• 拥有本科或本科以上学历要求医学药学或医药相关专业背景
• 正直诚信勤奋踏实勇于创新乐于接受挑战符合吉利德文化和价值观
