About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Airwallex you will play a key role in building our high-performing teams. Youll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process partnering closely with leaders and hiring managers to identify attract and secure top talent across a range of critical functions. Youll drive scalable recruiting strategies deliver exceptional candidate experiences and help shape the future of Airwallex as we continue our rapid global expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation across multiple business units and regions

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative guidance

• Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse top-tier talent through creative sourcing techniques and strong relationship management

• Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement

• Contribute to employer branding campus recruitment and other strategic people initiatives

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in talent acquisition preferably within technology fintech or high-growth environments

• Demonstrated success filling commercial and business-critical roles.

• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; adept at building partnerships with hiring managers and leadership

• Experience with modern sourcing techniques ATS platforms and recruitment analytics

• Passion for building high-performing inclusive teams

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
