Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience including hands-on administration of servers and data centers
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft server technologies including Windows Server 2012 or later and Active Directory services such as DHCP and Group Policy
• Working knowledge of Linux administration including CentOS and Red Hat
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess current operations and drive process improvement
• Experience supporting IT services in a multinational environment
• Knowledge of multi-cloud administration across platforms such as Azure AWS Oracle Cloud Tencent Cloud and Alibaba Cloud
• Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell and command-line tools
• Ability to develop and maintain IT documentation including standard operating procedures and user guides
• Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure technologies including Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere Site Recovery Manager P2V migration vSAN Hyper-V and Sangfor
• Knowledge of SAN and NAS administration including platforms such as 3PAR Nimble Synology and QNAP
• Knowledge of ManageEngine solutions including EventLog Analyzer and ADAudit Plus
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools such as PRTG and Prometheus
• Familiarity with AI prompts AI agents and related technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as MCSE MCITP CCNA or ITIL
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud technologies including Microsoft ADFS and Microsoft Entra Connect Sync
• Knowledge of domain management DNS and SSL certificate administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender
• Knowledge of ManageEngine solutions including Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker Kubernetes and OpenShift
