Senior Structural Simulation EngineerME
Job Summary
- Responsible for structural simulation activities for automotive electronic products including vibration fatigue thermo-mechanical and related static simulation analysis.
- Load path and cause-effect relationships analysis by simulation thereby assessing risks for product reliability design or problem solving.
- Collaborate with the global experts on simulation competence development and simulation tasks.
- Develop new simulation competences based on the project requirement; Take responsibility for standardization and automation of simulation methods.
- Provide internal simulation skills training and case sharing for the team and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Solid Mechanics Vehicle Engineering Aerospace Engineering Materials Engineering or related fields.
- 5 years of structural simulation work experience (automotive electronics preferred).
- Proficient in at least one simulation tool (Ansys / Abaqus or similar).
- Familiar with the testing procedures for vibration modal and material constitutive models.
- Solid knowledge of fatigue analysis theory mechanics of materials theory and finite element fundamentals.
- Programming capability in Matlab/Python.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid engineering judgment; Ability to communicate complex simulation results effectively to cross-functional teams; Self-motivated and capable of independently driving technical deep-dive topics.
