- Be Resp. for FCF and labor cost monthly reporting and tracking
- Analyze and identify deviations and propose countermeasures to archive targets.
- Standardize and automate reporting processes and continuously Improve.
- Provide clear concise insights for management decisionmaking.

Free Cash Flow (FCF) working capital Planning and Control
- Lead FCF forecasting and monitor actual cash generation vs. targets; identify gaps and provide early warnings.
- Analyze key FCF drivers: operating cash flow capex and working capital (AR/AP/inventory).
- Identify deviations and propose countermeasures to close gaps.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to improve cash conversion cycles and drive FCF target achievement
Labor Cost Management
- Labor cost planning tracking and controlling (HC& labor cost)
- Conduct deepdive analyses on workforce efficiency identify cost leakage or overspending and propose actionable measures to labor cost development.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Standardize and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide clear concise insights to senior management for informed decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; CPA/CMA/CFA preferred.
4 years of experience in FP&A controlling or business finance with proven exposure to liquidity management and headcount/cost governance.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable challenging business assumptions while maintaining partnership.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
