A Project work Developing medium complex concepts of InformationManagement (IM) solutions based on the users technical requirements
Coordinating the general concept with technicaldepartments
Coordinating and giving trainings
Supporting the responsible persons for preparation of theprocess design workshop and customize the system
Keeping up-to-date with state of arts technologies on themarket and technical selecting and testing system components. Continuous improvement of existing systems
Support the technical preparation of project steps ( blueprint key-user training integration test and cutover phase)
Ensuring processes and preparing documentation concerningthe system B User support
Give advice and support to users (First/Second-LevelSupport)
Coordinating solutions to problems with the departments
