Job Summary
岗位职责
1. 充分了解区域和所属分公司整体收款进程及时向区总分公司经理和信控经理提交分公司应收帐款和收款的动态分析及提示收款和坏帐风险
2. 参与合同评审提示客户最近帐龄逾期原因和潜在信用风险
3. 负责提醒跟踪并协助区域内各分公司合同质保金和保函的回收工作.
4. 参加每月的区域分公司应收帐款及收款会议了解逾期款项的原因建议相应的催收行动
5. 催收与监控逾期款项处理逾期时间较长未按承诺付款或有争议的帐款愿意尽最大努力追款尽可能避免账目恶化为坏账
6. 通过电话或其他可用途径联系客户评估其个体情况确定合适的行动方案包括确定为付款的原因商讨付款计划为客户该如何履行其义务提供建议说明未履行义务的后果等
7. 在分公司的配合下负责区域内历史遗留款项的催收工作根据总部对诉讼项目和部分老帐清算的要求要求分公司收集整理和提交相关合同文件
8. 适时介入疑难款项的收取工作
9. 负责投标保证金申请的评审跟踪
10. 组织信控培训
11. 上级领导安排的其他工作
岗位要求
1. 本科以上学历商务财务或法律相关专业
2. 具备2年以上相关工作经验 主管经理级别5年以上相关工作经验
3. 基本英语水平熟悉电脑办公自动化系统
4. 乐观主动积极抗压性高勇于接受挑战
5. 有责任感和团队合作精神
