Key Accountabilities

Drive initiatives to sustain & improve quality performance.
-Execute improvement activities and provide resolution to external & internal nonconformities working with
cross function team. Provide 8D report for customer complaints.
-Support MBR activities and regular review

Sustain & improve Quality Management System IATF16949&ISO9001
-QMS execution in plant processes
-Support external / internal audits and execute NCs resolution or findings follow up.
-Drive improvements on QMS processes

Support Capacity & Capability Growth.
-Closure of plant quality function activities from APD/CQP process.
-Support the MRR applicable activities.
-Support Customer PPAP preparation
-Execution of initial & final quality reviews
-Drive the supplier quality improvement and follow up e-NCR of incoming inspection
-Leading and approve the Supplier PPAP for CQP process

Contribute to Operational Excellence.
- Follow EHS framework support & participates in plant initiatives.
- Support the improvement activities of Gamba Walk

Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Education Qualification

Bachelors degree in mechanical manufacturing or other related field is required.

Technical Competence & Skills

• 3-5 years of Working experience Knowledge of IATF 16949 ISO9001 VDA 6.3 is preferred.
• Be proficient in AIAG five manuals APQP FMEA PPAP MSA SPC
• Be proficient in the basic quality tool 8D 5Why Fish Bone diagram.

Leadership Competence

• Problem solving communication teamwork & inter-personnel skills.
• Strong personal characteristics of flexibility resilience planning & organizing quality orientation safety consciousness innovation judgement & learning agilities.

Relevant Experience

• At least 3 years quality engineer working experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Previous IATF 16949 ISO9001 internal audit and external audit experience is required.
• Previous experience of lean production six sigma EHS are preferred

• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Domestic travel occasionally
