Senior Purchasing engineer

Supply Chain department has three functions: Sourcing Purchasing and Logistics Sourcing team responsible for the new supplier development existing supplier management agreement review and cost reduction initiatives. Purchasing is responsible for the whole process from precure to pay. Monitor the performance of the supplier. Logistics responsible the importing exporting and domestic transportation logistics supplier management.

This role is as a purchasing engineer and belongs to purchasing team.

Your responsibilities

根据规范和预定的程序和流程管理采购活动确保交付能力

Manages purchasing based on specification and according to predefined procedure and process to ensure delivery capability.

确保采购物料按照相关质量目标成本及时交付

Ensure the timely procurement of materials components or services in line with specified cost quality and delivery targets.

支持与供应商的谈判并与供应商建立稳固的关系

Support the negotiations with vendors and build up solid relationship with suppliers.

监控选定供应商的绩效以确保史密斯公司的交付能力是稳定的和长期的

Monitors the performance of the selected suppliersin order to ensure that FLS capacity to deliver is stable and long term

通过分析成本以及交货的变化为其它相关部门提供改进建议

Analyze cost and delivery variation advise related department/personal for update and improvement

What you bring

Education Background: Bachelor or Master

专业Major物流国际经济与贸易英语等相关专业/ Logistics International economics and trade English or equivalent

英语水平English优秀的英语口语及书写能力/Fluent speaking and writing

电脑水平Computer熟练掌握office办公软件/ Proficiency in Microsoft office
