Qualifications :

Technical:

Mastering the hot press of brake pad in depth.

      (More than 5 years experience on brake pad hot press field)

Manufacturing process knowledge

Knowledge of the machinery and equipment

Quality Control & Assurance

Knowledge of Industrial engineering

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Knowledge of friction formulation

SAP basic operation

Methodological:

BPS basic

P-FMEA and Control Plan/WI knowledge

A3/PSS

Developing and maintaining standard

Data analysis and create report for process performance

Managerial:

Project management

Excellent communication and team work ability

Lead process improvement
