工作职责

1. 作为技术开发项目的主要团队成员不仅在本部门内而且在整个亚太地区的各个工厂开展工作

2. 与客户合作参与早期产品开发并协助工厂工程进行能力开发

3. 理解客户的技术需求路线图并与工厂工程团队共同开展持续改进和技术提升工作

4. 跟踪最新的行业趋势包括OEM产品PCB设备材料与工艺设计趋势等并向工程团队传递信息

5. 与领导共同制定策略和新举措与工厂工程团队合作推动技术差异化发展

6. 成功与其他部门的工程和业务单位领导建立良好的合作关系

任职要求

1. 工程材料科学或相关专业的学士学位硕士学历优先

2. 至少10年高速/高频电子产品PCBCCL覆铜板或化学领域的工业经验

3. 需要具备项目管理能力

4. 出色的沟通能力英语中文

5. 具有前端工程前端应用研发经验

6. 承诺理解并能够与同事及跨职能团队并进行清晰沟通

7. 在以下至少一个领域具有专业知识和丰富经验PCB制造工艺先进材料PCB研发或AIDC产品管理
