Position Description:

对接省级及重点地市级卫健委发改委财政厅医保局招标办等政府部门建立并维护规范化沟通渠道以及扎实的政府互信机制

跟进重点行业协会持续解读地方医疗政策结合公司业务提前预判政策趋势发现潜在机会并制定风险应对方案

密切关注区域内带量采购项目掌握集中采购时间节点提前预警并与业务部门沟通公司诉求在关键阶段参与制定投标策略支持项目赢率提升

主动收集并整合区域内招标物价医保卫生改革等信息形成内部分享与跨部门对齐确保公司策略与政策环境匹配

寻找并积极推动进入首台套及创优目录的机会引领区域业务增长

与业务部门保持紧密合作梳理市场准入目标与策略推动行动计划落地为业务提供前瞻性支持

完成部门领导布置的其他工作

Qualifications and Experiences:

本科及以上学历优先考虑具备公共卫生医疗保险临床医学生物医学经济学等多维度知识背景的候选人

8年以上医疗行业政府事务市场准入招标相关岗位经验

熟悉医疗器械行业现状及发展趋势了解所辖区域的行政主管部门运作

具备较强的政策敏感度解读与分析能力能够制定系统性应对策略

优秀的执行力与沟通表达能力具备资源整合跨团队协作及突发事件应变能力

责任担当结果导向正直诚信具备抗压与快速变应心态以及开放的协同共赢与长期主义心态
