Job Summary

• Ensure that all HSE related legal requirements are accurately interpreted communicated documented and complied with across Supply Chain Office and Service activities.

• Lead and collaborate in the creation of HSE policies safe operating procedures and emergency response plans specific to HSE incidents.

• Partner with stakeholders to coordinate and drive HSE programs and campaigns aimed at reducing occupational injuries and illnesses.

• Organize and facilitate comprehensive HSE education and training sessions ensuring all activities are documented for compliance and effectiveness.

• Facilitate hazard identification and risk assessment processes with active stakeholder involvement.

• Coordinate and participate in emergency rescue drill to ensure preparedness for potential HSE incidents.

• Conduct regular inspections to assess employee adherence to HSE practices. Promptly identify and investigate potential hazards recommending actionable improvements to enhance HSE management.

• Proactively collaborates with stakeholders to address and rectify unsafe HSE practices.

• Oversee the implementation of corrective actions and safety improvement measures to ensure ongoing compliance with HSE standards.

• Provide and communicate HSE related materials to employees in a language they understand.

• Investigate HSE incidents by analyzing root causes and implementing prompt corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence ensuring measures are tracked to closure.

• Ensure periodic and mandatory HSE reporting to regional HSE and local governmental bodies as required.

• Liaise with governmental bodies and agencies during site inspections providing guidance to mitigate identified non-compliance risks.

• Advise the Head of Manufacturing on emergency response protocol.

• Develop implement and maintain the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and implement HSE initiatives to ensure continual improvement

• Accountable for administrative task such as facility maintenance directly related to safety and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure risks are mitigated.

• Perform other HSE duties as assigned.
