工作内容

1负责工业客户新产品项目的开发运作和推介

2确认和审核配方内容准确描述向NQA和营运提交标准性的文件

3完成新产品的试产以及大生产确保产品能顺利上市

4现有产品的持续改进工作运用新的可操作方法和程序改进配方向上级汇报

5按照项目要求完成跨部门沟通将计划和结果反馈给团队同事及上级

6协调并向营运采购客服等部门进行技术援助支持

7关注调味品行业资讯研究和评估新技术推荐新的技术到该部门

8上级交代的其他工作任务

岗位要求

1.5-8年食品行业工作经验

2.熟悉调味品中西式酱料的生产工艺能解决新品开发以及生产上遇到的问题

3.具有市场敏感度了解调味品的流行趋势能将流行风味转化为成品

4.具有项目管理的能力良好的抗压能力及团队协作精神
