Senior Field Application Engineer Industrial and IoT MCU

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales marketing and distribution partners to drive adoption of NXP MCU and wireless connectivity solutions including Arm Cortex-Mbased microcontrollers and other product portfolios.
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the product development cycle including hardware design software development system integration and application optimization.
• Assist customers in developing solutions for industrial automation home appliances motor control IoT secure connectivity and automotive applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and quality issues during product development production ramp-up and mass-production phases.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor helping customers accelerate development and successfully bring products to market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Microelectronics Electronics Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of hardware design embedded systems and MCU-based application development.
• Experience with RTOS USB CAN Ethernet and wireless technologies such as Zigbee BLE or Wi-Fi is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals and Edge AI deployment on embedded platforms including model optimization and inference is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated customer-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
