Job Summary
工作职责:
1开发低噪音高性能长寿命齿轮箱产品主要用于汽车家电以及工业品行业
2改善齿轮传动的噪音与振动问题提出解决方案并且加以验证
3负责齿轮箱设计相关技术文件的编制标准制定
4参与样件的试制试验过程解决过程中出现的设计问题
5团队管理工作促使团队绩效达成
任职资格:
1硕士及以上学历机械传动研究方向
2十年以上齿轮设计经验熟练掌握行星齿轮平行齿轮蜗杆/斜齿轮传动设计
3熟悉齿轮加工工艺精通公差设计/零件尺寸链的设计验算
4能熟练运用有限元ANSYS ROMAX KISSSOFT进行齿轮箱的系统设计和性能分析
5熟悉齿轮用五金材料与塑胶材料的特性
6具有良好的工作责任心以及团队领导沟通协作能力
7有小模数齿轮设计和制造经验优先
8英文口语流利可以作为工作语言优先
