Job Summary
负责组建并领导NVH工程团队建立驱动系统马达齿轮箱总成的NVH分析测试与优化能力主导从设计源头到量产验证的全流程NVH性能管控确保产品在振动噪声方面达到行业领先水平
岗位职责
1主导电机电磁噪声如径向电磁力波转矩脉动机械噪声齿轮啮合轴承不平衡力及结构振动传递路径的仿真分析与优化
2负责驱动系统NVH性能的测试评价问题诊断与根源分析并提供系统级NVH解决方案
3制定电机及系统组件的NVH测试方案测试规范数据分析流程及自动化分析工具提升工作效率
4推动NVH仿真与试验数据对标提升仿真预测精度
5与电磁设计结构设计传动工程控制系统团队紧密协作从源头植入NVH设计准则
6针对客户投诉或生产中的NVH问题提供快速诊断与解决方案
任职资格
1硕士及以上学历电机机械力学等相关专业
2具备7年以上NVH经验至少5年专注于电机齿轮箱或驱动系统总成领域
3精通NVH仿真软件如 LMS Ansys Acoustics Actran Comsol等及测试系统如 LMS HEAD acoustics B&K等
4深入理解电机电磁激励齿轮传动动力学结构振动与声辐射机理
5具有较强的工作责任心和团队合作意识
