Job Description:
Following the V-model you will be responsible for the development of computer-related hardware products complete machine systems and supporting component solutions. Your Role:
Hardware Development & Architecture: Lead the analysis testing troubleshooting and documentation of internal or supplier electrical systems and/or sub-systems. Lead the development of modeling simulation and analysis. Produce design requirements and designs for electrical systems and/or sub-systems. 硬件开发与架构设计 主导内部或供应商电气系统及/或子系统的分析测试故障排查和文档编制主导建模仿真和分析的开发工作制定电气系统及/或子系统的设计需求与设计方案
High-Speed Rotation Hardware Development: Lead the electrical design and optimization of high-speed rotating systems (e.g. CT slip rings machine tool spindles). Be responsible for dynamic electrical connection solutions high-speed signal transmission power distribution and ensuring system stability under high-speed rotation conditions. 高速旋转硬件开发 主导高速旋转系统如 CT 滑环机床主轴的电气设计与优化负责动态电气连接方案高速信号传输电源分配并确保系统在高速旋转条件下的稳定性
Failure Analysis & Root Cause Investigation: Act as the technical lead for complex hardware failures. Conduct systematic Failure Analysis (FA) on PCBA sub-systems and electrical components using methodologies such as 8D 5-Why and advanced diagnostic tools to perform fault localization physical characterization and root cause determination. 失效分析与根本原因调查 担任复杂硬件故障的技术负责人运用 8D5-Why 和 FTA 等方法对 PCBA子系统和电气组件进行系统性的失效分析FA利用高级诊断工具进行故障定位物理特征分析并确定根本原因
Problem Solving & Reliability Improvement: Resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Support the development of Design for Reliability (DFR) and Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies. Cross-Functional Technical Support: Actively participate with all cross-hardware units and/or cross-functional teams. Provide expert technical support for the investigation analysis and resolution of NPI production and customer field technical issues.

Project & Team Leadership: Self-manage projects and tasks and deliver to deadlines. Develop reasonable task estimates and practice risk mitigation. Bachelors degree and above in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. 电子工程或电气工程相关专业学士及以上学历
More than 8 years of proven ability to design & develop electrical solutions including 6 years of proven ability to design & develop motion control solutions. 8 年以上电气解决方案设计与开发的成熟经验其中包括 6 年以上运动控制解决方案设计与开发经验
Knowledge of electric drive and servo control. 熟悉电驱动与伺服控制技术Familiar with the control principles of common electrical components and electrical circuits and be able to complete the electrical diagram design independently. 熟悉常见电气元件及电气电路的控制原理能够独立完成电气原理图设计
Strong knowledge in analog/audio/digital circuit design. 精通模拟/音频/数字电路设计
Capable of AC-DC power supply or high voltage inverter design capability and familiar with PWM control algorithm. 具备交直流AC-DC电源或高压逆变器设计能力熟悉 PWM 控制算法
Basic FPGA application development capabilities. 具备基础的 FPGA 应用开发能力
Preferably 10-layer PCB design experience with interface standards and electronic component selection capabilities. 优先具备 10 层 PCB 设计经验熟悉接口标准及电子元器件选型
Working knowledge of designing to IEC 60601 and IPC-610 & IPC-620 standards. 熟悉 IEC 60601IPC-610 及 IPC-620 标准的设计要求
Product development process and good knowledge in ISO13485 (preferred). 了解产品开发流程熟悉 ISO13485 体系者优先
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional cross-site organization able to provide technical support for the investigation analysis and resolution of production and customer technical issues and good communication skills. 能够在跨职能跨地域的组织中协同工作具备良好的沟通能力能够为生产制造及客户端技术问题的调查分析和解决提供技术支持
Structured problem analysis and solving. 具备结构化的问题分析与解决能力

Professional in AUTOCAD or SOLIDWORKS drawing software. 熟练使用 AUTOCAD 或 SOLIDWORKS 绘图软件
Better understanding in electrical part and PCBA reliability design/test. 深入理解电气部件及 PCBA 的可靠性设计与测试
Experienced in PCBA/sub-system level EMC design/test. 具备 PCBA/子系统级别的 EMC电磁兼容设计与测试经验
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
