You will serve as a Finance Business Partner for the Shanghai manufacturing facility providing financial insights and decision support for a key production site in our global supply chain driving operational efficiency.

What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including cost analysis variance analysis and performance reporting to support management decision-making at the Shanghai facility
• Manage monthly and annual financial closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead financial planning activities including budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Collaborate closely with finance teams in Shenzhen and Guangzhou to ensure consistency in financial processes and share best practices
• Build strong partnerships with Operations departments to provide financial insights that support business decisions
• Identify cost savings opportunities and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports communicating key financial metrics and trends to management

REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced Degree plus 2 years of experience or Bachelors Degree plus 3 years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting Finance or related business field

CPA CMA or MBA preferred

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle QAD or similar)

Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools

Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial reports and reconciliations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
