Were looking for a Senior Client Partner of Advertising Solutions to join team Snap in China! As a SeniorClient Partner of theNew Business Develop (BD) team youll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap as well as external partners to grow advertising revenue in your assigned regions. The role includes managing advertisers long-term relationship and internal resources analyzing and supporting campaigns for them and building Snapchats reputation as a world class advertising platform through local marketing activations across your region.
What Youll Do
Portfolio Strategy & Forecasting: Set the overarching commercial strategy accurately forecast and deliver measurable impact across your portfolio of top-tier market leaders.
Market Expansion & Opportunity Generation: Anticipate customer needs identify new growth opportunities and connect multiple revenue streams into cohesive plans. Develop and advance go-to-market opportunities across a category market segment or advertiser portfolio while proactively building a robust pipeline of new business.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution establishing clear priorities milestones and stakeholder alignment. Partner closely with Account Management Onboarding Resellers and Marketing teams to resolve complex issues and deliver full-funnel client strategies.
Advanced Product Advocacy: Serve as a senior advocate for Snaps new and existing products. Advise on bespoke campaign optimizations secure product beta participation and recommend advanced KPI-driven measurement strategies based on seasonality and global market trends.
Executive Communication: Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Synthesize complex platform and market insights to adjust business plans dynamically.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day campaign successincluding ad rejection escalations audience segmentation and post-campaign reportingwhile identifying scalable ways of working that reduce friction improve client outcomes and enhance internal efficiency.
Mentorship & Culture: Contribute to team culture lead shared initiatives and help raise the quality bar across the BD team by modeling excellence and sharing best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in digital media advertising sales account management or a related strategic client-facing role
Experience owning senior client relationships and influencing commercial strategy.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical presentation and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working specifically with China export advertisers and supporting their international business expansion.
1 years in a leadership role
Experience with category leadership or vertical-level commercial planning.
Track record of developing strategic opportunities that go beyond day-to-day account execution.
Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills.
