Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Own and drive business development strategy for robotics products and solutions aligning with overall company growth objectives.
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities with key customers partners and ecosystem players (OEMs integrators distributors).
- Build and manage strong executivelevel relationships with customers serving as a trusted commercial and strategic partner.
- Lead endtoend deal cycles including opportunity qualification value proposition development commercial negotiations and contract closure.
- Work closely with product management engineering marketing and operations teams to translate customer needs into product and solution roadmaps.
- Monitor market trends customer requirements and competitive landscape in robotics and automation industries.
- Develop and execute gotomarket strategies pricing models and partnership frameworks for robotics offerings.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and customer engagements as a business ambassador.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 812 years of experience in business development sales or strategic partnerships preferably in robotics automation industrial technology or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems automation solutions and industrial applications.
- Proven track record of driving complex highvalue deals and long sales cycles.
- Experience working with crossfunctional global teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen negotiation skills and strategic thinking capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Selfdriven resultsoriented and comfortable operating in a fastpaced evolving market environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer and partner engagements.
