工作职责

负责商业地产项目投标文件的编制包括商务标技术标及报价函
根据招标文件要求准确解读评分标准制定标书编制计划确保内容完整格式规范响应性强
独立完成投标函商务偏离表技术偏离表资质证明等核心文件的撰写与整理
与业务拓展BD技术等部门协作确保标书内容准确无误
审核标书内容确保无错漏无矛盾符合招标文件要求及公司标准
人员要求

1.教育背景大专及以上学历专业不限

2.专业技能熟悉使用办公软件包括但不限于wordexcel PPT等进行项目招标投标文件的汇总排版检索统计等

3.工作能力

语言能力可以协助英文服务建议书的制作有一定的阅读撰写和翻译的能力
检索和数据抓取能灵活使用AI工具进行数据抓取和信息管理者优先
文字组织能力良好的文字组织能力能够撰写清晰规范的标书内容

沟通协调能力具有良好的交流沟通能力做事有条理性善总结执行能力强

团队合作有团队合作精神能够与项目负责人公司相关部门积极协调投标文件编制过程中的问题
