We are currently seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for:

What well get you doing:

• 技术应用与方案的支持负责GC/IC产品的应用开发为客户提供售前&售后的深度应用支持包括实验方案的设计分析方法的开发与优化等能与制标单位建立深入的合作关系并促成一些标准的建立
• Technical application and solution support: Responsible for application development of GC/IC products providing customers with in-depth pre-sales and after-sales application support including experimental protocol design development and optimization of analytical methods etc. Able to establish deep cooperative relationships with standard manufacturers and facilitate the establishment of certain standards.
• 客户培训与赋能为客户提供GC/IC产品的应用培训并能解决客户实际实验过程中遇到的高难度技术问题
• Customer Training and Empowerment: providing customers with application training for GC/IC products and can solve high-difficulty technical problems encountered during actual experiments.
• 产品反馈收集分析并反馈来自市场&客户的关键应用需求产品缺陷及竞品信息为产品改进与新产品开发提供很好的现场证据
• Product feedback: Collect analyze and provide feedback on key application needs product defects and competitor information from the market and customers providing strong on-site evidence for product improvement and new product development.

The essential requirements of the role include:

• 具有相关专业硕士毕业5年以上有知名仪器厂商GC相关经验者优先
• Have a Masters degree in relevant majors for more than 5 years and experience with GC from well-known instrument manufacturers are preferred.
• 熟悉各家气相GC的使用及维护有质谱经验者更佳具备扎实的样品前处理及色谱分离知识
• Familiar with the use and maintenance of various GC companies and experience in mass spectrometry is preferred; Possesses solid knowledge of sample pretreatment and chromatographic separation.
• 具备良好的客户沟通能力
• Good at customer communication skills.
• 可以承受50%差旅
• 50% business travel
