Global Job Summary:

Senior Application Engineers responsibilities include expanding MPSs fan driver product portfolio market investigation product promotion to help drive new design wins product support to solve customer issues in application.

该职位的主要职责包括拓展MPS的风机驱动产品系列市场调查产品推广以获得更多客户的设计导入产品支持以解决客户在应用端的问题

Key Descriptions工作职责:

1. Timely customer visit to track new application requests to deeply-know the application system solutions to follow up the feedback about the MPS solutions. 及时的客户拜访跟踪新的应用需求深入了解客户的应用系统方案了解客户端对MPS方案的反馈

2. Provide active product support for issues during customer design and mass production and work with the design and application teams to resolve problems.在客户设计和量产过程中遇到的问题进行积极的产品支持 跟设计和应用团队一起解决问题

3. Conduct necessary technical training and promotion of products in customer and sales side to help the product line acquire more design wins;

在客户端和销售端进行必要的产品的技术培训和推广帮助产品线获得更多的客户量产

4. Marketing trend and customer request collection to make product more competitive co-work with team to make product more competitive ; 及时市场趋势和客户反馈搜集使得产品方案更具有竞争性

5. Fan driver product co-development and maintenance; 风机产品的合作开发和维护

Requirements工作要求:

1. Masters degree in motor control or power electronics with 3 years working experiences in BLDC motor control applications.

2. Rich experiences in motor products test especially in 1-phase and 3-phase sensor-less fan-driver product customer visit and product support. 具有丰富的单相电机和三相无感电机尤其是风机产品测试客户拜访和产品支持工作经验

3. Skilled in application hardware design for schematic PCB layout丰富的硬件设计经验

4. Good at English communication and team work擅长英语交流和团队合作

5. Aggressive in product support and problem solving. 自我驱动力强对产品支持和解决问题主动积极
